Customer experience: Customers hosted in the specified regions may have been intermittently unable to access or use Snowflake services and features using Snowsight. Affected users may have seen HTTP 5xx errors. As the issue was intermittent in nature, attempting to reload the page may have succeeded.

Preliminary root cause: A subset of infrastructure that facilitates routing Snowsight requests encountered an issue, which intermittently impacted the Snowsight service.

A root cause analysis (RCA) document will be published within seven business days.
