Preliminary root cause: An update performed by the cloud service provider (CSP), intended to improve network services, caused DNS resolution issues inside an Azure store, which in turn caused virtual warehouse provisioning issues.

A root cause analysis (RCA) document will be published within ten business days.

Current status: We're continuing to coordinate with our third-party service provider to develop and implement a fix to restore service. While the service provider does not currently have an ETA available, our telemetry indicates improvements in service in Azure - West Europe (Netherlands) and Azure - East US 2 (Virginia). We will provide another update within two hours.
