We want to inform you of a disruptive configuration change that impacts PRIVATE LINK CUSTOMERS ONLY and will take approximately 30 minutes in the window scheduled for your deployment(s) as follows:
AWS - US West (Oregon) 18:30 - 19:30 PDT May 3, 2020
We identified an issue following the Private Link scheduled maintenance performed on Saturday, May 2nd, which may result in connectivity issues with specific older Snowflake drivers. To mitigate any risks associated with this change, we are going to perform an emergency rollback of the change.
Customer Action: Please monitor Status Page notifications for “Maintenance Complete” status update Resume your operations and restart the workloads as needed
Note: Please note that the service will be down only for a portion of the window of 60 minutes mentioned above.
