Monitoring
We applied a fix to resolve the issue with the Service:

- Cannot use Snowpipe services

Incident Start Time: 14:15 PT Sep 16, 2020
Incident End Time: 16:15 PT Sep 16, 2020

with the following symptom:

- Delay in the processing of data uploads by Snowpipe Service

We are now monitoring the system for any further recurrence of the problem, and we will be in this state for 30 minutes.

We have identified the problem with the Snowflake Service that is interrupting the following services:

- Cannot use Snowpipe services

with the following symptom:

- Delay in processing of data uploads.
