Preliminary root cause: A third-party service provider experienced an issue during a configuration change, which caused connectivity issues for Snowflake services in the impacted region.

Current status: Our third-party service provider has confirmed that they have implemented a fix to restore service on their platform, and the majority of their services are now restored.

Snowflake Engineering has completed additional restoration actions to return to full operational health. We will continue to monitor the environment until we're confident all services are functioning properly.
